As a proud second-generation real estate professional, Kelly grew up immersed in the industry through her mother, Kathy Lucchesi, who is part of the Sotheby's International Realty family in Garden City, New York. This foundation shaped her understanding of the value of brand excellence, client trust, and long-term relationships in real estate.

Kelly’s career began in Hoboken, New Jersey, where she worked alongside Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty supporting buyers throughout Hudson County. After relocating to Cranford with her husband and children, she continued her partnership with PPSIR in Westfield and joined forces with the Ryan McGurl Team—one of the top-performing teams in the region for both volume and transaction count, with over $1 billion in sales.

Her professional background also includes more than eight years as an executive assistant to C-suite leaders at New York City hedge funds. This experience strengthened her organization, communication, and client service skills—qualities she now brings directly into her real estate practice, along with energy, precision, and tenacity.

Now a Union County resident and local expert, Kelly is deeply connected to the communities she serves.
