I rarely take the time to write a review but the experience I had working with Ryan certainly deserves and by far, some time to give credit when it's due. I initially used Ryan services when my husband and I were looking to buy our first house 2 years ago. We had worked with numerous Realtors® previously but Ryan really went above and beyond our expectations. He listened to our concerns throughout the process and was aware of our budget when selecting houses. When I finally found my dream home, it was 30k over my budget and with Ryan`s help we ended up buying our home for 290k instead of 319k. Two years later, we decided to sale the house and to relocate out of state and we decided to reach out to Ryan again to help us through the journey of selling our first house. Once again, Ryan served us with the same dedication, and our house was sold for 49k more than what we initially paid. He was quick on returning calls, able to manage the relationship between lawyers, inspectors, and all the parties involved in the transaction. We couldn't be more grateful for such a positive experience. Thanks again Ryan.

Cindy was a pleasure to work with. We were first time home buyers and she did an amazing job explaining the process and keeping us on track with everything. She also really listened and tried to understand our wants and needs for our home. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and suggested nearby neighborhoods we hadn't considered. She was always on time, smiling, and very on top of things (even when sellers' agents started getting cagey or pulled a vanishing act). We had one sale fall through before successfully buying another property. When starting over, she maintained a positive attitude and enthusiastic work ethic to help us find the home we ultimately purchased. Home buying is stressful, but Cindy was a huge help and we definitely had some laughs along the way!
Ryan listed and sold my mother's house in Westfield, NJ. in the Spring of 2017. My mother was 81 years old at the time and very emotionally attached to the house she had lived in for over 35 years. Through the entire process, Ryan treated her with gentleness and patience. He was always attentive to her needs and found creative ways to work around the often difficult parameters imposed by my mother. He was extremely professional and his communication with us was immediate at all times. He sold the house quickly and at a price that was more than initially predicted. I work in a related field and do business with real estate professionals regularly. Ryan is one of the best I've worked with, both personally and professionally. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone.
Where to start? Cindy was more than an exceptional Realtor®. For me, she was a Godsend. The House buying experience is stressful during an easy transaction, buying my house in Plainfield was an ordeal, but honestly, during the most difficult periods, Cindy was a rock. When we (lawyer, seller, Seller’s agent, buyer) lost our heads, Cindy kept hers. She was always easy to reach, always responsive, always thorough and on-point with her expert knowledge. She’s strong-willed and went out of her way on my behalf. It may sound cheesy or cliché, but put simply, Cindy helped me buy my dream house. I would absolutely use her again and sincerely recommend her to whoever is looking to buy or sell a home.
Ryan is the best! Coming from out of state, we didn't know where to start. He showed us around different towns and was ever so nice when we needed more time to think about all the options. We never felt rushed or pressured, and months later when we finally decided on a town, he was able to find us the perfect spot. On top of that, when we needed a temporary rental while we waited for our home to be ready, we trusted his judgment so much that we accepted a place without seeing it in person (he went there to send us a video of it). After two transactions and becoming our friend and neighbor, we couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Ryan.
When looking for a new home, we were very particular in what we wanted and what we wanted to avoid - Ryan picked up on this really well. He knows the area and the listings, and when I was insistent we see a property he had left off, it was for good reason! I thought it might have had potential, but Ryan knew it wasn't for us, and he was right. Ryan was also very professional, punctual, and always had answers and suggestions to our questions and problems. In just a few short months (selling, searching, buying, closing) we are enjoying our new home!

We enjoyed working with Ryan very much. This went beyond a normal Realtor®-client relationship. We auditioned for HGTV House Hunters, and although we didn't make it to the last cut, we had a lot of fun creating an audition video with him. Ryan sold me my first home, he was extremely professional, responsive, and informative with any questions or information I needed throughout the process.
