Meet Marrie-Rose Garbacz

Marrie is a licensed Global Real Estate Advisor based in New Jersey, serving clients locally and internationally through the Sotheby’s International Realty network. She assists buyers and sellers throughout New Jersey, as well as in the Caribbean and Europe, providing access to a strong global audience. With a background in accounting, she brings a strategic and data-driven approach to pricing, negotiations, and marketing. She helps sellers position their homes correctly from the start and guides buyers toward properties that align with both their lifestyle and financial goals.
In 2026, she serves as New Jersey President of the Women’s Council of Realtors®. She also serves on the NCJAR Grievance and Global Committees and the Communications Committee for New Jersey Realtors®. She holds the Certified International Property Specialist designation, strengthening her ability to manage cross-border transactions.
Originally from Jamaica, she is fluent in French and speaks some Spanish and Polish. She and her husband have two daughters, one a track athlete and the other a coxswain with Row New Jersey. They also share their home with two dogs, Viper and Maverick. She values integrity, preparation, and clear communication, and is committed to delivering a smooth and successful real estate experience.
