This is a charming Cape in a very desirable area of New Providence with updates throughout. There are four bedrooms and three full baths. Some of the updates include the kitchen and appliances, floors throughout, all bathrooms, water heater, ductless split air conditioning units (six in the house), and all windows replaced in 2015. The front steps were replaced in 2016 as well as the patio and fire pit built. The sprinkler system was installed in 2018 and in 2019 the roof was redone.
